Changing jobs - how do you estimate the value of medical and dental insurance?

I'm a 17 year old guy from England and also have the full uk licence i was simply wondering what kind of prices which companys are the cheapest togo through any support and other people have already been obtaining for their insurance wouldbe appreciated.
